ABOUT THE ROLE

Overview: Pixalate is a leader in providing privacy solutions to its customers. We are looking for an experienced Sr. Director of Product Management for Data Privacy Products to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to develop and enhance our privacy products. This role will also be responsible for ensuring that our privacy products meet regulatory requirements and are audited internally for compliance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and enhance privacy products
• Work with regulators to ensure compliance with various laws
• Ensure compliance with COPPA and GDPR regulations
• Be an authority on privacy and stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors
• Keep customers engaged in our products and services
• Lead product development by inspiring and motivating the team
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify customer needs and improve product knowledge

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor's degree in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Economics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Math, Physics, or another quantitative field
• 3-5 years of professional experience in product management
• Compliance and audit experience required
• Familiarity with online advertising and its privacy challenges
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead and inspire a team
