What you'll do

• Provide servant leadership and mentorship to cross-functional delivering agile solutions
• Identify, communicate, and raise any impediments/distractions/risks that interfere with the team’s ability to deliver against their commitments
• Monitor and communicate JIRA status
• Maintain the roadmap aligned between Engineering and Product
• Challenge and enable the team to continuously improve through intentional Lean and data driven inspect and adapt cycles (retrospectives)
• Escalate problems to the leadership
• Be constantly challenged to create world-class solutions
• Be close to the NODE team in search of guidelines and always think about continuous improvement of processes
• Report JIRA inconsistencies and ensure that corrections are made by the team
• Update and monitor the JIRA Agility Board with the required action plan
• Provide information, status and monitor the action plan at the biweekly Value Streams meeting
• Help in the evolution of team metrics (portfolio, 4key metrics, velocity, engagement)
• Update team information in Confluence

What you'll need

• 5+ years of product/growth/experimentation experience
• Expert in data discovery and analysis
• Expert in business case development (in other words finding opportunities and make a case for why we should work on it with data)
• Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall  Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) 
• Desirable knowledge in Project Portfolio Management (PPM)
• Ability to work in a dynamic team and time-sensitive work environment
• Clear and objective communication
• Ability to motivate teams, ensuring project success and fostering a positive work environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• English is a must-have
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related areas
