Principal SAP Pro Serv Consultant

Infosys is seeking a Principal SAP Pro Serv Consultant

As a Principal Consultant, you will be an expert contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in business process consulting; you will define the problem, propose, and create the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration, and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• Atleast 11 years of Information Technology experience.
• This position may require travel and/or relocation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Working directly with Client, Lead Prof Services track in certain functional areas, able to define the problem, propose and create solution, work with team members in Global Delivery Model, Conduct workshops, Discuss different business processes & requirements and analyze, provide solutions using SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud solutions, Provide functional design and specifications for development, hands on configuration and deployment, guide the customers towards standard solutions delivering value in agile fashion. Support PMO by participating in the proposals, time & effort estimates and other reports as required. Build strong relationship with customers for repeat business. Train the project teams in engagements and help internal capability development. Work as functional team representative with OCM teams
• S/4HANA implementation experience in Prof Services area, preferably incl cloud essentials. Total Prof Serv experience 12+ years
• Hands on SAP experience in Professional Services industry from Lead creation to Cash collection processes
• Implementation experience in Lead creation, conversion / creation of Engagement structure, Time and Expense recording against the Engagement, WIP management, Billing and Integration with Accounts Receivables
• Implementation experience of Project Systems and Customer Project Management and well versed with BDR and DMR process
• Real time experience of working in Activate and Agile methodology
• Integration experience with Finance modules / EBRR (Event Based revenue recognition)
• Proficient in working with CDS views and guiding technical teams in building extensions
• Hands on experience of working with Data conversion team in guiding the business rule creation, pre and post load validations definition
• Implementation experience of working Test phases, hands on experience with test scripts and test data set up
• Very strong communication skills both written and verbal, fluency in English required
• Actively participate in project planning, scoping, and estimation activities, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.

For candidates based out of CA, WA or NY states, estimated annual compensation will be $73,000 to $102,200.
