Deluxe Corporation, a leading Payments and Data company is excited to offer a one-of-a-kind internship in which a team of students across a variety of focus areas will work together to attack real-world problems facing Deluxe and the payments industry. In this "Big Ideas" program, you will examine market data, test technological boundaries and forecast the future state of opportunities facing the company.

We are dedicated to providing you with valuable learning opportunities as you share ideas, creativity and curiosity to maximize your experience. The experience will include:

• Participation in 'modern engineering' concepts, including Human Centered Design, Product Innovation and Market Research.
• Contribute to technology transformation strategies.
• Use of Agile Development Methodology
• An understanding of departments that work in collaboration to produce leading-edge products
• Uncovering drivers for positive corporate culture and enhanced communication throughout the organization.
• Professional development through peer counseling, mentorship and corporate leadership interactions.

Program Overview :

• 10 week paid assignment.
• In person orientation on Day 1, including a tour of the site, overview of the company and welcome message from senior leaders.
• Professional development from dedicated program manager and peer mentors.
• Small, selective program that allows for more focused attention and support.
• Interaction with leaders across multiple business units and departments.
• Resume review and LinkedIn clinic.

Basic Qualifications :

• Bachelors in progress in Computer Science or related field
• Some technology-centric coursework completed

Preferred Qualifications :

• Sound analytical and critical thinking skills with a strategic mindset
• Basic understanding of software development methodology
• Microsoft Office skills, including MS Word and Excel
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Curious, self-motivated spirit
• Self-motivated individual who is focused and results oriented
