1st Shift: Mon - Fri 7am - 3:30pm, OT based on business needs

What you will do:

• Performs electrical or mechanical troubleshooting to determine problems in non-functioning electro-mechanical equipment used in the manufacturing process
• Dismantles, adjusts, repairs and assembles equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, operating or repair manuals, rough sketches or drawings
• Uses test and diagnostic equipment to perform checkouts
• Rebuilds manufacturing equipment as required
• May perform equipment modifications as directed by manufacturing engineers
• Meet work schedule and overtime requirements, including weekends

What you need:

• High School Diploma or GED, required
• Five (5) years of relevant manufacturing experience, required
• Understanding of GD&T, fixture design, gage design, CMM programming (PCDMIS, Calypso, OpenDMIS, MM3D, Zone3, and more) along with solidworks or proE experience, required
• Technical expertise around gage maintenance and calibration, including automated and CMM assets, required
