Producer, E-commerce

FIGS is looking for a Producer to lead Ecommerce Production for a top tier consumer brand in the medical apparel industry. The ideal candidate is organized and detail-oriented, with a passion for telling the story of our product design and innovation. This role is fast-paced and will require strong project management duties, superb communication, seasoned leadership and hands-on execution. This role is a unique opportunity to act as a crucial member of a growing, collaborative production team across Ecommerce and Brand Creative, producing high-quality digital assets. This individual must have extensive knowledge of producing photo + video shoots across varying scope size, budgeting and logistical management. 

What You'll Do:

• General:
• Own Production for all Ecommerce photography and video shoots; support with Brand & Marketing shoots as needed
• Manage production coordinator,  freelance PAs whose duties include: preparing and storing samples for all shoots, keeping an orderly system for all photoshoot samples (~2000 Samples/Month), keeping track of shot list on shoot days, keeping team documents up to date, and assisting Art Directors in shoot prep
• Collaborate with Art Directors, Merchandising, Brand, Legal and Finance Teams
• Ensure every product is shot while problem-solving around sample availability + delays
• This role will be in office the majority of time, and always on set prep and set shooting days.
• Ecommerce: 
• Manage the e-commerce shoot calendar and produce shoots at our in-house studio.
• Create and maintain workflows across the ecommerce photography program, ensure all product is shot based in-time for launch based on sample availability
• Partner with Art Director on casting specs, plan go-sees, and fittings; Provide first pass of any package received from agency
• Oversee coordinators + associate producer,  talent and 8-10 person crews, ensuring all legal, brand, and creative needs are met during shoots. 
• Manage the annual multi-million dollar budget. 
• Create and oversee detailed budget tracking documents that include monthly, quarterly, and annual details. 
• Ensure all budgetary needs of the program are met (including managing contracts, usage renewals, payroll, tracking and actualizing costs)

Brand Creative

• Collaborate with Senior Brand Producer on where creative planning and resourcing can be shared to ensure creative consistency, opportunities for creative expansion, and budgetary efficiency.  
• Identify opportunities to produce and support lifestyle shoots. 
• Attend all Campaign kickoffs to ensure cohesive storytelling across lifestyle and ecommerce photography. 
• Facilitate opportunities for brand storytelling within ecommerce shoots in partnership with creative leads.
• Produce overflow brand shoots as needed. 

Qualifications: 

• 5-7  years experience producing shoots for apparel studio ecommerce, on-location lifestyle photo and video
• Experience with creative operations
• Project management experience; able to effortlessly multi-task between multiple projects 
• Experience owning a multi million annual budget
• Deep understanding and expertise of e-commerce and digital asset requirements
• Advanced Google Sheets / Excel knowledge 
• Proactive with a love for spreadsheets, legal QC, and logistics
• Ability to handle ambiguity and run with last minute changes

FIGS Compensation and Benefits

Pay Range

• At FIGS, your base salary is one part of your total compensation package. This role's base salary range is between $77,000 and $110,000. Actual base salary is determined based on a number of factors, including but not limited to your relevant skills, qualifications, and years of experience.
