About the Role: As we scale new heights, we need a seasoned Product Designer with 3-5 years of experience to bridge the gap between our innovative ideas and development-ready artifacts.

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

• A portfolio demonstrating experience in product thinking where you have successfully shipped UX/UI design for digital products.
• Passionate and self-motivated, thriving in an environment that allows you to build meaningful, memorable, and multi-disciplinary experiences.
• Adventurous and excited to challenge and move the status quo.
• Fast and effective in absorbing new information, turning ideas into visual realities using rapid prototyping skills.
• Problem-solving DNA deeply rooted in your core, not shying away from seeking creative ways to solve complex problems.
• Experience building design and brand libraries from scratch, owning the process to transition development teams to see it adopted.
• Grit and flexibility to adapt to the ever-evolving nature of working in a startup.
• Comfortable sharing ideas through screens, mastering various design tools to communicate freely beyond limitations of time and space.
• Enjoy collaborating and ideating with engineers and business stakeholders, securing synergies of cross-functional alignment.
• Deep care for the thought-processes, workflows, and emotions of users (both internal and external).

Qualifications & experience:

• Relevant Experience: 3-5 years
• Education: Undergraduate in Web design, Information Technology, or Business
• Technical Skills: Expert level using Figma and other wireframing tools of choice.
• Analytical Abilities: Strong problem-solving skills, immense curiosity.
• Communication and Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal skills; experience in translating technical concepts into easily palatable designs for diverse audiences.
• Experience and Adaptability: Proven track record in similar roles with adaptability to fast-paced startup environments; initiative to learn new technologies, concepts, and contribute innovative ideas highly desirable.
• Desirable Skills: Ability to consider and execute micro-animations to aid visual guides, ability to create delicate designs to support accessibility needs of customers in need.
