Job Summary

משרת מנהל/ת מוצר נמצאת באתר פלקס במגדל העמק, האתר מונה כ-2000 עובדים ומשרת למעלה מ-60 חברות. מהנדס/ת מערכת עובד/ת ישירות מול מספר לקוחות- חברות הייטק המובילות במשק.

הנה קצת דוגמאות למשימות שתעשה/י:

• נהל את כל ההיבטים של הפרויקטים, לרבות סיכונים, לוח זמנים ואיכות, הן בתוך הבית והן במיקור חוץ .
• הובלת צוותים בינתחומיים בארגון מטריציוני, אחראית על ביצוע מוצלח יומיומי של כל תחומי הביצוע, התכנון, לוח הזמנים, האיכות ושביעות הרצון של הלקוח .
• אחראי על כל השלבים של תהליך ניהול מחזור חיי המוצר (PLCM) ותהליך השקת המוצר (PLP), כולל :
• ניהול היקף הפרויקט
• לוח זמנים והפקה של הפרויקט
• מעקב ודיווח וסטטוס כולל של הפרויקט
• זיהוי סיכונים ופיתוח תוכנית צמצום
• מתאם פורומים של פרויקטים (למשל, סטטוס, לוחות, פגישות שער, תוכנית השקת פרויקט), מחזיק ומניע מעקב אחר הערות ופריטי פעולה .
• לספק תקשורת יזומה של סטטוס התוכנית למנהלים פונקציונליים רלוונטיים, לבעלי עניין בפרויקט ולנותני חסות לתוכנית .

הניסיון שאנחנו מבקשים:

• תואר ראשון (תחום טכני/הנדסי מועדף)
• ניסיון של 3-5 שנים בניהול פרויקטים או הנחיית צוותים חוצי תפקוד ( ניסיון מועדף בניהול זרימות עבודה של PLCM)
• ניסיון של שנה ומעלה בסביבת הנדסה/מוצר
• NPI / PCBA / SMT / חומרה ידע או ניסיון - יתרון עצום .
• כישורי ניהול תוכניות/פרויקטים חזקים ומיומנויות הנחייה חזקות
• ניסיון בהובלת צוותי מטריקס מגוונים ובעלי ביצועים גבוהים
• כישורי תקשורת מילוליים וכתובים מצוינים, כולל היכולת לסנתז מידע שניתן לצרוך בקלות על ידי חברי צוות ומנהיגות
• מיומנות בכלי Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
• הסמכות מארגוני ניהול פרויקטים (יתרון)
• יכולת חזקה לפתח ולתחזק קשרי עבודה אפקטיביים על בסיס רב רמות .
