About the Role

Our Product Management Team plays a pivotal role in our company, driving success by working collaboratively with Riskified’s engineering, data science, design, growth, marketing, analytics, and operations teams. Product Managers at Riskified are required to solve complex problems using varied and multi-disciplinary skills. We are looking for people who can learn and adjust quickly as the company and our product platform continue to expand. Our philosophy centers around end-to-end ownership, meaning every team member is empowered and accountable. We hold ourselves to high standards, have ambitious goals, and are not afraid of trying new things. 

In this role, you will lead our Merchant Platform, which sits at the core of our product offering. We are looking for an experienced product management leader with a proven track record of success. The ideal candidate will have a broad background in all aspects of product lifecycle management, great interpersonal skills, and ability to inspire and guide multidisciplinary teams toward achieving strategic goals. To succeed in this role, you must appreciate the need for quality in enterprise software and gain deep satisfaction from turning abstract ideas into a successful, cohesive product offering that is being used by the world’s largest players in eCommerce.

What You'll Be Doing

• Own the vision and roadmap for a broad domain with multiple product lines, including ownership of the entire product lifecycle management 
• Lead and mentor a team of 3-5 product managers
• Define KPIs for success in your group and identify opportunities to move these KPIs positively; drive cross-functional efforts to execute and fulfill these opportunities.
• Drive decision-making processes and prioritization across multiple teams and functions; you will work on solving problems and creating value for multiple external and internal stakeholder groups.
• Monitor and analyze the performance, usage, and feedback of products in your domain, and identify opportunities for improvement and enhancement.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Product Manager in global, SaaS companies - B2B a must
• 2+ years of proven experience in leading Product Management teams - a must
• Experience with eCommerce, FinTech, Online Payments, Fraud
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with pragmatic operational delivery
• Fast learner with strong interpersonal and communication skills; you must have excellent English verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with large-scale, cloud-based solutions
• Experience building compelling UI/UX products with a strong analytical background;  experience working with analytics system such as mixpanel, pendo, full story - an advantage
• Experience in automating product delivery, including complex product integrations - an advantage
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
