Our CRM PM team exists to empower TikTok sales to build profitable customer relationships through actionable insights, advanced intelligence, and scalable best practices.

Role Overview
TikTok leverages CRM to drive TikTok business growth and globalization. We are also playing a crucial role in bridging business and TikTok monetization products. This role will own end to end ownership of building the next generation marketing workflows on our core monetization CRM platforms and partner with dedicated Engineers, UX, Data Science teams to drive the next chapter of TikTok globalization.

The right candidate will possess a strong product management background, will have demonstrated experience leading medium to large products from 0 to 1, will have rich background in building Ads, marketing, CRM products, and will have a well-rounded experience partnering with business, engineering, data science and ML teams. You must be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment, and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities. This means you are hands-on and not only able to develop and drive high-level strategic initiatives, but can also roll up your sleeves, dig in and get the job done.

Responsibilities:
- Owner of the success of core monetization CRM and other internal inhouse monetization workflows
- Build a roadmap and provide feature development recommendations through data-driven analysis and user insights
- Provide a strong point of view as a consultant to business partners to affect process optimization and policy decisions
- Drive the development of innovative solutions and influence a wide breadth of key decision makers, cross-functional partners, and engineering to achieve business output
- Develop and deliver innovative custom solutions, introducing concepts and roadmaps to key decision makers and senior management to address their business issues and needs
- Earn the trust of engineering teams through a strong technical acumen, detailed PRDs that clearly articulate decision making, and data-driven analysis

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Management, Marketing and Information Services or related quantitative fields
- 5+ years of practical product management experience with minimum 3 years experience in building Ads, CRM or monetization (e.g. Shopping) products.
- Deep understanding of Ads, CRM and allied areas. Proven track record of driving user acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and revenue growth through product-led initiatives.
- Strong team-player, demonstrates strong analytical skills in addressing complex issues and proactive in driving resolution for highly complex and ambiguous products.
- Excellent cross-functional stakeholder collaboration and communication skills, with experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly changing environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple product areas simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and deliveries
- Strong quantitative skills with a passion for creating exceptional user experiences and delivering value to customers.
Preferred Qualification:
- Experience working with machine learning models, AI-based optimization and driving intelligence for monetization and revenue generating products is a plus

Job Information

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $165000 - $311000 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
