As a Product Manager in the Anti-Fraud Squad, you will be instrumental in shaping the strategy and roadmap for our anti-fraud initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions that protect our digital channels from fraudulent activities. Your role will involve deep understanding of business objectives, crafting product strategies, and ensuring successful outcomes aligned with our overall business strategy

What you'll do:

• Develop and own the anti-fraud product strategy, understanding the business objectives, initiatives, and expected outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the company to formulate a product roadmap that aligns with business strategies and priorities.
• Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the product development process.
• Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams, fostering an environment of innovation and high performance.
• Utilize data to drive decisions and improve product offerings continuously, ensuring that all solutions effectively mitigate risks associated with fraud.
• Conduct market benchmarks and user feedback sessions to identify new opportunities and refine anti-fraud measures.

What you'll need:

• Experience in Product Management: Background in product management methodologies, preferably with experience in anti-fraud or related fields.
• Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions.
• Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
•  Intermediate/Advanced English will be a differential, Spanish is a plus.
• Experience with anti-fraud solutions will be a differential
