Job Description
The Role​
Reporting to the Director of Product Strategy & GTM UK, you will be responsible for driving success of Dun and Bradstreet’s Go To Market & Strategy within our S&MS business line, with a primary focus on Sales Intelligence solutions, in particular D&B Hoovers. This will include developing the product and proposition roadmap grounded primarily through a deep understanding of the marketplace, but also in collaboration with sales, and corporate product teams. In addition, you will own and lead cross functional Go To Market teams made up from sales, marketing, data, operations, and product development to achieve financial and product launch objectives. This includes the entire product life cycle from cradle to grave.

This senior role must be equally able to define future strategy, devise and execute complex programs, and play a hands-on role to drive results and understand the business in detail. Cross functional team leadership and a superb ability to build and maintain relationships is a must for success and something you need to be able to demonstrate experience of.
Key Responsibilities
- Commercial ownership of D&B Hoovers in the UK – including its various add-ons and connectors, and D&B Hoovers Audience Builder
- Go To Market responsibility for the D&B Hoovers product portfolio, including end-to-end leadership of cross functional teams, covering market need identification, development and validation of USPs and proposition, sales enablement, launch, and ongoing success of financial objectives
- Work with product development team to prioritise product innovation to ensure new products are able to support clients’ needs
- Become suitably knowledgeable of our product portfolio to enable you to make informed recommendations and decisions
- Work with product development to ensure on time / quality delivery of product roadmap
- Develop and maintain management KPIs and metrics to determine performance of the portfolio and go to market activity.
- Engage with a diverse group of senior stakeholders to influence their strategic direction and ensure our approach to delivery meets their business goals
Key Requirements
- Experience managing Go To Market & launching new B2B products and product enhancements
- Ideally 5+ years B2B experience in Data or Technology, most likely within Product Management or Product Marketing, but at least 3 years required
- Will have worked extensively on developing high quality propositions to ensure clear understanding and articulation of product value and differentiation. Likely will have significant experience working with sales, marketing, and sales enablement teams
- Demonstrated ability to communicate at senior levels both (with clients and internally) to secure buy in and ongoing success for your goals
- Ability to work independently and lead large, complex, and rapidly changing business initiatives, indirectly lead team members, learn new areas quickly, take ownership of issues/projects, develop recommendations, develop and execute on strategies
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems, utilising strong investigative and analytics skills
- Proven track-record identifying market needs, and defining and launching innovative products in a corporate environment

- Outstanding interpersonal skills, presentation skills, strong work ethic, and self-motivated
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, technology or related field preferred
