The Product Manager II, Audience will be responsible for growing Magnite's current and future-looking audience activation capabilities inclusive of data onboarding, targeting, and usability. This role will touch many products and teams and will be instrumental in defining Magnite's audience vision - a key pillar of Magnite's product strategy. You will work closely with Product Management, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering to bring leading-edge products to market.
This role includes working with some of our largest premium partners on the supply and buy side, focusing on design, implementation, adoption, operationalization, and feature-set evolution. In this role you pave the way for innovative breakthroughs in ad tech.

In this role you will:
- Be required to demonstrate the ability to quickly grasp architectural relationships among various components in complex platforms
- Own feature sets within an overall product offering from information gathering stage to go-to-market
- Set and measure KPIs that demonstrate feature success
- Develop, measure and utilize data to drive decision making and prioritization
- Demonstrate a deep sense of professional curiosity that promotes self-led exploration and creative problem solving
- Operate with a collaborative and consultative approach to shaping products and features that will meet the needs of a wide variety of constituents
- Create clear technical requirements and use cases captured from non-technical stakeholders
- Interact with customers and negotiate/translate priorities and needs
We're looking for someone with:
- BA/BS degree required or equivalent work experience in relevant discipline; post-graduate degree a plus
- 6+ years of technology work related experience with 3 - 5 years' experience working in Product Management or similar function
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google (Gmail, Calendar, Docs), and JIRA
- Capability to own Product Requirement Designs and translate into stories for engineering to complete
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, ability to communicate with sales, executives and clients
- That is an analytical and critical thinker who consistently challenges the status quo and constructively challenges themself
- The ability to translate strategic goals into plans and actionable objectives
- Exceptional organizational skills (must pay attention to details and be able to identify problems)
- Experience in ad tech industry preferred
- Experience working directly with an engineering team preferred
- Experience working with data-driven products a plus
- Experience with a global business a plus
- Understanding of digital advertising industry, programmatic marketplaces, and data management platforms a plus

In New York, the base salary range for this position is: $130,000 - $155,000 in addition to an annual variable bonus based on performance and company equity (NASDAQ: MGNI).
