About The Role:

We are looking for someone to join the Product Experience team to lower the barrier-to-insight of our datasets. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role that will be crucial to the success of our future product initiatives. As the product manager of our Interactive Analytics strategy, you will collaborate across our entire product portfolio to increase the value proposition of our datasets by offering new, lower-friction ways for clients to get insights from our data. You will have design & engineering resources as well as access to cutting edge analytics technologies to help craft experiences for our clients. 

YipitData’s Product Experience team is responsible for all delivery channels our customers use to consume our market-moving research reports and data: email, web portal, data feeds, APIs, interactive dashboards, and more. Our product development process is heavily focused on rapid prototyping, usability testing, and customer interviews. We validate our product ideas as efficiently as possible to ensure they will be valuable to our customers before investing significant resources in building them.

This is a remote-friendly opportunity that can sit in NYC (where our headquarter is located), one of our office hubs (Austin, Miami, Denver, Mountain View, or Seattle), or anywhere else in the US. However, depending upon where the remote work is performed, income could be subject to New York State tax withholding. Please note that we pay NYC-based salaries for US roles regardless of where employees choose to work.

As our Product Manager you will:

• Meet directly with our clients to understand the nuances of their workflows and identify challenges they face when it comes to extracting value from our datasets.
• Collaborate seamlessly with designers, engineers, and various stakeholders in order to continuously discover & deliver applications that customers love, yet work for our business.
• Partner with product leaders in other domains to maximize the impact of your deliverables.
• Communicate our plans, progress, and impact with stakeholders across the company.

You Are Likely To Succeed If:

• You have at least 2+ years of Product Management experience in a fast-paced environment
• You have led B2B product strategies with revenue goals
• Discovering new business opportunities by drawing connections between the latest analytics technologies, our datasets, and the problems our client’s need solved.
• Partnering with internal engineering, support, revenue, operations, data & research teams to ensure new technologies are implemented and supported correctly to maximize impact.
• Perform user research to uncover key problems to solve and inform our product strategy.

• The annual base salary for this position is anticipated to be $130-$150K. The final offer may be determined by a number of factors, including, but not limited to, the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal team benchmarks.
• The compensation package also includes equity.

This role may be performed fully remotely within the United States. Please note that our US headquarters are located in NYC. We also have office hubs in Austin, Miami, Denver, Mountain View, and Seattle. If the remote work is performed outside of these offices, income may be subject to New York State tax withholding.
