The Product Manager will be responsible for product management activities in the definition, development and commercialization of new products in line with market requirements and interfaces with Sales, Application Specialists, Services, Product Development.

We are looking for a Product Manager, who is well acquainted with laboratory instruments and consumables to manage the portfolio of pipetting consumables.

The Product Management team in Helsinki consists of 3 professionals but we are an international team working closely with for example product development and sales. This is a full–time, hybrid role. We are looking forward to shaping the future with you. 

Grow with us – Your Responsibilities

• On a daily basis you will manage the financials and drive the market performance of products as well as manage your product line through the entire product life cycle. You will also manage the development of market insights for pipetting portfolio.
• You will participate in converting the customer insights into innovations and tangible product URS of new products and providing technical product support.
• Do you enjoy networking? You will lead projects requiring coordination with other functions, customers, and third parties.
• In addition, you will take part in international product launches and marketing planning.
• You will work with and train sales resources and customers.

What will convince us 

• Master’s degree in related field (for example in life sciences, business, or engineering).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in global marketing, product management and/or sales from a relevant field.
• Willingness to learn and understand production and product development of the products.
• Laboratory instrument / consumables know-how.
• Mindset and passion for improving product sustainability.
• Your proactivity, strong influencing skills and way to think in an entrepreneurial way.
• Strong interpersonal skills and analytical mind-set.
• Ability to multitask and deliver quality results within challenging timelines.
• Excellent team player and ability to work in remote location teams.
• Willingness to travel.
• Fluency in English, both written and oral. Finnish/German skills considered to be an advantage.
