Product Manager, SSAI

Who we are

Publica is the leading Advertising Platform for Connected Television. As audiences shift from linear TV to Digital, Publica’s goal is to power the next generation of ad experiences on the big screen.

What we need to build together

The core of our platform is our CTV ad server and real-time bidding solution that enables publishers to run a unified auction between their direct sales and over 30 video Sell Side Platforms (SSPs). In addition, we provide an audience management solution based on our integration with LiveRamp and a server-side ad insertion (SSAI) solution. We have been growing at a rapid pace and we need someone to join our team who will be able to drive the SSAI roadmap, and provide innovation for our current clients and future prospects. This role reports into the VP of Product.

We want someone who is organized and comfortable juggling multiple tasks at any given time. Daily activities will include QA, building relationships with engineers to help guide conversations around testing and needs, and working with our post-sales and pre-sales client-base to determine the future needs of our SSAI product. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are a strong communicator. You have always been self-directed and require minimal direction to succeed.

Things that we are looking for:

• 3-5 years of experience in Product Management with a focus in CTV
• History of success working with engineers
• Track record of taking client requirements and converting them into epics and stories for Engineering
• Experience with QA testing
• Understanding of code changes in Github (no coding required)
• SSAI is strongly preferred, but not required
• Working knowledge of SQL
• Experience with creating mock ups and prototypes
