What You’ll Do?

- Develop Papara product marketing operation to increase awareness and adoption of our services and products,

- Create demand for products through effective positioning, messaging and marketing plan,

- Work with Business Intelligence teams and use tools to conduct product growth analyses to build product strategies, establish product positioning and define the product roadmap,

- Work with our Marketing and Product teams to develop our go-to-market strategy and growth opportunities,

- Oversee the go-to-market execution for new feature launches and continuing marketing initiatives,

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunity for growth

- Take active role in product development process working closely with product teams via analyzing growth opportunities

- Set product marketing budget and track spend with an eye for ROI.

Who You Are?

- Be an effective consumer advocate, innovative marketer, and problem solution,

- 5+ years of professional job experience in a Product Marketing position,

- Ability to break down complex topics into simple, straightforward, and human-like language,

- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to operate cross-functionally,

- Data-driven approach with qualitative analytical abilities and knowledge with A/B testing,

- Proficiency with digital marketing tools ,

- Thrives in a fast-paced atmosphere with a tendency toward action.
