Snow Commerce, a managed service provider that designs and runs the e-commerce presence for some of the world’s best-known brands, is now a part of Printful, a global e-commerce platform and leader in on-demand merchandise production supplying brands like Spotify for Artists, Coca-Cola, and Star Trek.


Together with Printful, Snow Commerce provides a complete e-commerce solution, including program strategy, site and product creation, marketing, fan engagement, and on-demand, international production, and distribution.

The Product Planning Manager is responsible for developing a product assortment strategy which resonates with fans and profitably meets our revenue targets. To do this the Product Planning Manager will set a client specific product roadmaps based on industry trends and data. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of consumer behavior, and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Leads the product planning team on client specific product strategy & execution

  • Creates and maintains product roadmaps for their responsible clients aligned with revenue and margin targets

  • Monitors market trends, consumer behavior, and competitors to identify product opportunities and gaps in our assortment

  • Defines product assortment using a good, better, best pricing strategy

  • Uses data to identify product opportunities specific to clients & works with Product Analysts on execution

  • Communicates trends & presents a strong business case for product initiatives

  • Responsible for hind-sighting business results and setting future action items

  • Works closely with the merchandising team to ensure product presentation aligns with brand strategy, seasonal trends, and customer demographics

  • Analyzes historical data, market trends, and customer demand to forecast product needs

  • Fosters strong internal relationships with key stakeholders to create alignment on the product strategy

  • Presents product roadmaps and supporting data to Growth Strategy and Product Design partners

  • Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management on sales performance, inventory health, and market trends

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in planning/allocation and/or buying
  • 3+ years of experience in planning in a retail environment preferred
  • Intermediate to advanced computer proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to implement creative and innovative ideas
  • Proficient in Excel and experience with Demand Planning/Open-to-Buy tools
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and adapt to a dynamic work environment
  • Develops strong relationships with cross-functional teams
