Job Title: Product Specialist

Location: Atlanta, GA

Purpose and Objective:

SAP Labs, LLC seeks a Product Specialist at our Atlanta, GA location to contribute to the success, quality, cost management and delivery of a product in the whole product lifecycle as defined in the portfolio.

Expectations and Tasks:

Contributes to the efficiency, effectiveness and improvement of Finance processes used in own area. Understands and follows latest technology trends and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities for SAP. Describes product backlog related to Financial and Management Accounting which reflects customer and user needs. Support prioritization of the backlog. Enriches product backlog and supports the scrum team and other relevant stakeholders to understand the backlog. Contributes to the rollout plan. Conducts expert testing and validates planned and implemented scope throughout the product lifecycle in topics related to Financial and Management Accounting. Involved in the creation of product-related non-coded assets (such as rollout and knowledge transfer material). Collects and incorporates feedback from customers and other relevant stakeholders.

Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies:

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field and 5 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Employer will accept pre-bachelor's experience. The Company will also accept a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field and 3 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.

Work Experience:

Experience must involve 2 years in the following:

• Conduct Financial and Management Accounting, Asset Accounting, Treasury, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll and Taxes;
• Utilize S/4HANA Cloud System to perform Financial and Management accounting processes under accounting principles (IFRS & US GAAP);
• Design, implement and execute test plans including functional, regression, system and integration tests, data migration, and rollouts;
• Utilize SAP ECC System for Financial and Management Accounting, Asset Accounting, currency valuation, and intercompany processes; and
• Support all phases of SAP Activate Methodology Project implementation, including Discover, Prepare, Explore, Realize, Deploy, and Run.

Travel: N/A. Telecommuting permitted.

Compensation Range Transparency: The annual base salary range for this position is $102,898 - $157,320. SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP's commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is $102,898 - $174,800. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
