WHAT WE NEED

• Excellent problem solving abilities
• Great teamwork skills
• Well-rounded personality
• Enthusiasm for technology and finance
• A degree from a 4 year university (preferred)
• Some experience around financial software / trading technology / trading systems / OMS / PMS (preferred)
• Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) and be adept at listening and soliciting feedback
• Detail-oriented & strong work ethic
• Someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and can successfully manage multiple competing priorities
• Project management / implementation / business analysis / system delivery experience with external facing clients for projects of a material size and duration
• Experience or familiarity with Private Equity / Fund Accounting (and the software used in this space)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Configure product to meet business requirements
• Understand the functional impact of various configuration options and offer recommendations
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and Technical Solutions 
• Provide product demonstrations as needed (both internally and externally)
• Assist with client user Training
• Identify new market opportunities and communicate this information to the Product team
