Program Manager

MedeAnalytics seeks a Program Manager – Operations Excellence to co-own and drive technology projects in collaboration with stakeholders throughout the organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Works closely with the Data Engineering, Cloud Engineering & Operations, Product, Data Science to ensure strategies and priorities are defined and well communicated across teams and for the whole company.
• Overall responsibility for the cross-functional strategy for the different workstreams making up the core strategy of MedeAnalytics journey to Data Fabric.
• Responsible for ultimate project/program success, including CSAT, budget/time tracking, scope, risk and issue management and Change Requests.
• Adhere to Mede’s delivery methodology framework and follow project management templates and deliverable artifact templates to develop and manage a detailed Microsoft Project Plan, resource plan, and internal as well as client -facing external communication plans
• Proactive and self-developing project/program manager able to anticipate or recognize, and then communicate and drive unified team actions to addresses risks, concerns, roadblocks – forward thinking with great attention to detail.
• Responsible for developing and managing cross functional, technology led, or product focused programs. Manages budgets and interfaces with contractors, suppliers, customers, and internal functions. Manages program resource and budget allocation/integration.
• Practical, solution driven approach with outstanding communication – both written and spoken
• Ability to assess measure and improve project and program delivery performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
• Conduct meetings, internal (and with clients if needed), to review project progress, upcoming activities, schedule, risks/issues/concerns, expectations and ensure that all project team members have the tools required to perform effectively.
• Monitor projects and program on a regular weekly basis, evaluating progress, quality, issues and risks, and managing mitigations and resolutions to ensure corrective actions are taken.
• Maintain the quality of all projects and program document / data to assure the integrity.
• Manage project and program timeline and estimated durations for all task, collaborating internally where needed to define or revise.
• Work with project resources to forecast sourcing schedule to ensure workforce coverage for the entire project lifecycle.
• Coordinate schedule of activities related to the project and program.

Essential Education, Experience, and Interests:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 5+ years’ experience in program/project management, project leadership or driving new product introduction. Experience working in cross-functional relationships, strong influential and communication skills.
• Industry background in Healthcare Software, especially Payer/Providers
• Demonstrated SaaS knowledge, program management, and business planning processes,
• One of either the PMP, CAPM, or Agile ScrumMaster certification, or working towards an industry recognized certification – PMP strongly preferred.
• Experience managing an implementation or migration project/program using AWS and/or Oracle Cloud.
• MS Project Experience.
• Salesforce, JIRA, Power BI experience preferred.
• LEAN, Six Sigma, or LEAN Six Sigma experience and/or certification preferred.
• Demonstrated execution at meeting project goals while satisfying quality, performance, schedule, and budget.
• Experience managing projects related to Data Management, including ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) or ELT (Extract, Load, Transform) and Data Lake implementation/optimization.
