Program Manager

Our Opportunity:

Chewy is hiring an enthusiastic, self-starting, Program Manager to enhance the organization’s retail operations program and lead the team to achieve outstanding results. A successful candidate will have a proven ability to strategize, problem-solve and implement high-level program initiatives to organizational objectives. 

The Program Manager’s primary function on the team will be to coordinate and delegate cross-project proposals, manage new initiatives and be accountable for delivering against established business goals. This individual will own the rebates QA approval process, Sponsored Ads billing program, Sitewide & Peak promotions, and work closely with cross functional teams to identify key requirements for improved processes. Responsibilities will include analyzing operational performance of the program, identifying and mitigating risks and reporting results and improvement recommendations to stakeholders and leadership. 

The ideal candidate will have exceptional verbal & written communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to analyze & communicate complex problems to internal and external stakeholders. A successful candidate is expert at managing their time well and demonstrating a solution-oriented approach to business problems.  

What You’ll Do:

• Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives 
• Manage timelines and deliverables with multiple stakeholders 
• Oversee multiple projects, ensuring program goals are reached
• Develop program procedures for evaluation and improvement
• Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance
• Measure & monitor KPIs and ROIs

What You’ll Need:

• Completion of a BS/BA degree
• Two or more years of experience in a management role, preferably in program management
• Exceptional skills in leadership, time management, facilitation, and organization
• Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
• Experience in managing stakeholders
• Working knowledge of Accounting
• Expert in Excel/SQL/
• Proficient in Python
• This position may require travel
