The Program Manager will support all integration and footprint activities within the company focused on Source-To-Pay operations. As the Program Manager, you will be an integral part of our M&A team, working on strategic assignments. You will have the opportunity to contribute to senior-level decisions, supporting the overall success of the integration and footprint changes. You will play a pivotal role in overseeing, coordinating and supporting multiple projects in line with the set deadlines and goals. Project management responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. Oversee all aspects of projects. Manage deadlines, assign responsibilities and resources, and monitor and summarize the progress of the project. Prepare reports for senior management reviews.
Duties & responsibilities

Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders.

Coordinating interfaces and clarifying requirements between departments and projects.

Project reporting to group management
-
Develop and maintain a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress based on the agreed upon scope.

Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.

Manage changes to the project scope and project schedule.

Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
-
Manage the relationship with all stakeholders.

Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation & executive level reporting
-
Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.

Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs
-
Actively participate in Project Updates for the Source to Pay function

Support the request for data to identify synergies and process mapping

Ensure compliance with corporate product, procedural, regulatory, environmental and corporate social responsibility policies.
The Individual
Education
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Administration, Project Management or related field of study. Related MBA is a plus.
Experience
-
Over 5 years of experience in program delivery or a related field.

Demonstrated ability to work independently while managing tight deadlines and balancing multiple priorities with grace.

Proven experience in project management, with a strong track record of achieving goals through effective collaboration.

Adept at navigating organizational structures to build consensus and get things done.

Extensive end-to-end process experience, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Experience with the introduction, migration, and consolidation of ERP systems, such as SAP.

Strong focus on metrics and a commitment to delivering value-added solutions. Data-driven decision-maker who uses insights to inform strategies.

Collaborative team player, skilled at building and nurturing strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, with a talent for creating polished, high-quality reports and spreadsheets using Excel and Word.

Exceptional project and change management abilities.

Experience with SAP is a plus.

Background in Sourcing & Procurement is a plus.

Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.
