Program Manager, Global Procurement Operations

The Program Manager will support all integration and footprint activities within the company focused on Source-To-Pay operations. As the Program Manager, you will be an integral part of our M&A team, working on strategic assignments. You will have the opportunity to contribute to senior-level decisions, supporting the overall success of the integration and footprint changes. You will play a pivotal role in overseeing, coordinating and supporting multiple projects in line with the set deadlines and goals. Project management responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. Oversee all aspects of projects. Manage deadlines, assign responsibilities and resources, and monitor and summarize the progress of the project. Prepare reports for senior management reviews.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Administration, Project Management or related field of study. Related MBA is a plus.

Experience

• Over 5 years of experience in program delivery or a related field.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently while managing tight deadlines and balancing multiple priorities with grace.

• Proven experience in project management, with a strong track record of achieving goals through effective collaboration.

• Adept at navigating organizational structures to build consensus and get things done.

• Extensive end-to-end process experience, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

• Experience with the introduction, migration, and consolidation of ERP systems, such as SAP.

• Strong focus on metrics and a commitment to delivering value-added solutions. Data-driven decision-maker who uses insights to inform strategies.

• Collaborative team player, skilled at building and nurturing strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, with a talent for creating polished, high-quality reports and spreadsheets using Excel and Word.

• Exceptional project and change management abilities.

• Experience with SAP is a plus.

• Background in Sourcing & Procurement is a plus.

• Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.
