Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems (RMS) is looking for an experienced Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) and/or Contractor Special Security Officer (CSSO) to work in a dynamic high tempo environment to deliver Mission First results! The successful candidate should understand Industrial Security regulations and the applicable Federal Security regulatory guidance consistent with 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM), DOD 5205.07 Special Access Program (SAP) Security Manuals Vols 1-4, Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 705, and DOD 5105.21 Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) Manuals. Understand the established procedures for handling, storing, record keeping, and granting personnel and visitor's access to restricted programs. Develop and conduct security education and training programs for SAP and SCI. Be able to investigate security violations and prepare reports specifying preventive actions to be taken. Overseeing all Security related disciplines to include Special Access Programming (SAP) and Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI): Personnel Security (PERSEC); Security Education; Physical Security w/ ICD 705, Classification Management, while utilizing the requirements set forth in the DoD SAP Manuals Volumes 1-4. Performed other duties as assigned. While this is primarily a first shift, M-Th 4X10 work week; mission requirements may include some work outside normally scheduled hours on occasion to meet program requirements.

Basic Qualifications

1. Final transferable Top Secret security clearance, last Periodic Reinvestigation must be within the last 6 years.

2. Must be able to obtain and maintain Special Access Programs (SAP) Access.

3. Knowledge of Advanced Programs Security requirements and Operations Security (OPSEC)

4. Knowledge of DoD 5205.07 Volumes 1-4, (formerly Joint Air Force, Army Navy Manuals [JAFANs]), ICD 705 Physical Security Specifications, and DoD National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM)

5. Works well independently and in group settings and substantial CPSO and/or CSSO experience.

6. Excellent written, verbal, and customer interface skills.

7. Ability to multi-task and remain organized

Desired skills

1. Prior experience as a Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) and or Contractor Special Security Officer (CSSO) SAP Mid-level Manager course preferred.

2. Experience working on DoD contracts and in military and defense contractor environments

3. Prior experience generating and maintaining Fixed Facility Checklists in support of Special Access Programs in accordance with ICD 705

4. Prior experience briefing and providing SAP Training and SAP Personnel Security; JADE experience.

5. Control Account Manager (CAM) and budget experience to include Contract Proposals and Basis of Estimates.

Work Schedule Information

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Colorado Pay Statement

Pay Rate:

The annual base salary range for this position in Colorado or Washington is $67,200 - $128,900. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full time employees: accrue 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO); receive 40 hours of Granted PTO annually for incidental absences; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of PTO per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO is prorated based on hours worked and start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.

Premium Pay Statement

Pay Rate:

The annual base salary range for this position in California or New York City is $77,300 - $145,600. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
