About the Role!

We're looking for a Program Specialist to join the Community Operations - Customer Experience team based in India SA. This role will develop and lead efforts to build, operate, scale, and improve customer experience and support operations for Uber riders in India SA. The role comes with a heavy focus on cross-functional collaboration, delivering stellar operations outcomes, continuous process improvement, and being customer obsessed. This is a great opportunity to work with an outstanding Customer Experience team and learn the Uber business from the ground up.

What the Candidate Will Need / Bonus Points

1. Own and manage cost optimization initiatives for support
2. Measure and share pros and cons of proposed initiatives with cross-functional stakeholders
3. Own quality assurance programs for support
4. Create funnel of actionable insights from quality processes and get these insights executed
