Job Description

- Coordinate and oversee the execution of 10+ small projects simultaneously, ensuring timely achievement of objectives and successful project delivery
- Analyze, triage and follow-up the projects issues/ blockers to the responsible teams
- Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project objectives
- Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including schedules, reports, and progress updates
- Identify potential project risks and proactively propose solutions to mitigate them
- Support the team in resource allocation and ensure all deliverables meet quality standards

- Possess 2+ years of experience in project coordination or a similar role
- Demonstrate excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Have good spoken and written English upper intermediate
- Have the ability to learn quickly and the willingness to continuously improve yourself
- Are a self-motivated proactive individual with a positive attitude
- Show good problem-solving skills and be detail-oriented
- Exhibit strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
