Job Summary:
Project Coordinator responsibilities include working closely with our Product Managers to prepare comprehensive action plans including resources timeframes and budgets for projects. You will perform various coordinating tasks like risk management along with administrative duties like maintaining project documentation and handling financial queries. To succeed in this role you should have excellent time management organization and communication skills as you’ll collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines. Familiarity with the EMR Software as well as the eCQMs for that software is mandatory for this role.
Essential Functions

Create project charters
-
Negotiate mutually acceptable project objectives
-
Create project schedules
-
Coordinate internal and third-party resources as necessary to deliver the project on time
-
Identify project risks and mitigating them
-
Identify and manage implementation issues lists to resolution (including escalations)
-
Assist in executing the project according to the project plan
-
Develop and maintain forms and records to document project activities
-
Set up files to ensure that all project information is appropriately documented and secured
-
Monitor the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project
-
Establish a communication schedule to update stakeholders including appropriate staff in the organization on the progress of the project
-
Assist with equipment set up when necessary
-
Review the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standards

Additional responsibilities as assigned based on business needs
Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree
-
2 years of project management or coordination experience
-
Assertive with a demonstrated ability to cultivate strong relationships & influence behavior

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent interpersonal skills

Excellent time management skills

Strong critical thinking & problem-solving skills

Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office products

Proficiency with electronic project plans

Experience with merchant card systems/software
Working Environment/ Physical Demands
-
Works generally at a desk in a well-lighted air-conditioned cubicle/office with moderate noise levels.

Long-distance or air travel as needed – less than 5%
-
Fast paced environments.

Activities require a significant amount of sitting at office and work desks and in front of a computer monitor.

Some walking and standing relative to interaction with other personnel
