Job Description
Under moderate supervision, assist project manager(s) to ensure projects are completed on time. May oversee small parts of the larger project and are primarily responsible for administrative tasks. Responsible for coordinating stakeholders, attending meetings and driving projects.
Knowledge & Experience
Requires job knowledge of procedures. Follows of expected knowledge and standards.
-HS diploma, Associates or BA degree in related field
-Knowledge of document control/ project management systems.(e.g. Agile, SalesForce, ERPs, etc)
-Reporting for project/group/department
-Skills in work-plan development
-Skills in progress tracking
-Experience in coordinating groups
Decision-Making & Complexity
Checks and makes adjustments to work methods to solve problems that are routine and typically exist in current work processes and systems:
-Identify and escalate issues as needed
-Monitor and drive procedural adherence (Agile project plans)
-Uses expertise in business systems and procedures to resolve issues.
-Coordinate internal shared group resources (i.e. equipment schedules)
Accountability & Impact
Delivers on simple administrative customer/technical service or operational objectives with some deviation from standard practice.
-Work while following established procedures and protocols
- Internal advocate for project management principles
-Delivers on requests in a timely manner, communicating any delays or issues
-Ensure all aspects of project are organized
-Ensure project report outs are scheduled with appropriate stakeholders
-Maintain project performance (KPI's)
-Appropriately updates project plans
-Tracks department metrics (i.e. PRO revenue) and generates reports for management.
-Prepare and present updates to T&I group
-Able to record documentation using GDP. Maintain an orderly work area.
Leadership
Works under limited supervision for routine administrative, customer/technical or operational tasks.
-Coordinate group activities comprising group, department, or interdepartmental team members
-Serve as point of contact between departmental groups
-Models behavior and recognizes corporate ICARE values
Pay Transparency:
The expected pre-tax pay for this position is
$45,100.00 - $75,100.00
Actual pay may differ depending on relevant factors such as prior experience and geographic location.
