You'll move quickly in a fast-paced and fluid environment to support the Agile development of a project roadmap, establish project milestones, and implement metrics to track progress, while working alongside your team to make a tangible difference. You Have:

• 4+ years of experience in a client facing Project Management role
• 4+ years of experience in Software Development Project Management utilizing Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
• Experience with software development life cycle projects
• Ability to use Jira
• Ability to effectively prioritize, multi-task, and manage time to meet deadlines
• Ability to communicate with all members of a software development team, including technical and non-technical members
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with project artifacts and documentation, including project plans, milestone charts, or project roadmaps
• Experience in Department of Veterans Affairs
• Experience with supporting healthcare IT
• Experience as a SCRUM Master
• Experience with Capacity Planning and Estimation
• Knowledge of Java Web Services, React.js, .Net, and Jira
• Knowledge of Cloud Platforms, including AWS

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
