Your Role:

• Own planning and delivery management of technology and business transformation solutions or products and ensure timely realization of target benefit. Within this context you are expected to:
• Design end to end delivery plan (scope, time plan, effort, dependencies) in collaboration with client and/or vendor teams; set up a commonly agreed baseline. Activities can relate to achievement of both technical and operational/business readiness.
• Set up an effective project organization and governance structure
• Ensure smooth operations with fit for purpose “way of working” (agile, waterfall, hybrid etc.)
• Define and agree roles and responsibility that ensure successful delivery
• Proactively measure and monitor progress vs agreed plan, fulfilling agreed objectives. Propose and make adjustments and lead mitigation/resolution of project risk/issues as necessary.
• Ensure execution of communication and escalation plan with the identified project stakeholders.
• Report and escalate promptly to project sponsor issues that require attention/decisions.
• Perform short term engagements to optimize performance of client’s organizational approach in project delivery, demand management, ways of working 
• Contribute in creating Accepted re-usable assets on the above domains, and support growing of Accepted technology management and business consulting practice

Your qualifications:

Technical & General qualifications:

• You are a playmaker not a score-keeper!
• Your drive is to seek and deliver solutions that bring quantifiable benefits to clients; you are bored being idle.
• You are able to manage VUCA environments and apply OODA methods to find optimal ways of working in diverse organizational environments
• People are the key! You are good at leading and collaborating with diverse teams and characters.
• University degree in Computer Science, Informatics or a relevant field.
• At least 5+ years of Project Management professional experience that you had Project lead role in enterprise IT solutions; profiles with extended experience will be considered accordingly.
• Strong communication skills both vs delivery team and also executive leadership
• Business and Technical Writing; excellent use of MS Office Environment
• Ability to create and deliver insightful presentations for corporate clients 
• Ability to get insights out of data (using tools such as Excel, PowerBI etc.)
• Experience to plan and track budget and benefits
• Project Management certifications (PMP, Agile, Scrum etc.)
• Working Experience in project delivery and collaboration tools (MS Project, ADO, Jira, Trelo etc.)
• Have work experience in service delivery sectors as financial services, telecom, energy, gaming, insurance, public sector
• Considered as plus:
• Managing system integration projects (+10 months, xxxK+ euros budget)
• Masters In Business Administration
• Experience in Continuous Improvement and change management
• Experience in Portfolio and Program Management
• Managing vendors/contracts
• Experience in Technology / Innovation Strategy
• IT Service Management experience (ITIL)
• Experience in business or technology consulting roles
