Job Description
Sock Club is searching for a dynamic Product Manager to join our expanding Product Team. The ideal candidate will excel in time management, organization, and problem-solving skills. This role is perfect for those passionate about technology, driving revenue growth, and fostering innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and close projects that meet or exceed customer expectations and company objectives.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, project costs, and resource allocations.
- Monitor project progress, adjust as necessary to ensure successful completion, and report status to all stakeholders.
- Coordinate and motivate cross-functional teams, both internal and external, to ensure project tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- Identify, assess, and minimize project risks throughout the lifecycle of the project.
- Ensure the quality standards of the project deliverables are met.
- Facilitate communication within the project team and with stakeholders.
- Manage customer satisfaction within project transition period.
- Conduct project post-mortems and create recommendation reports to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proven working experience (at least 2Â years) in a project management role
- Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools
- Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills.
- Outstanding working knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes.
- Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management software tools.
- Ability to come into the office at least 3 days per week
