Project Manager-ADM

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Leads a project team in delivering custom development solutions, or for leading a project team in the Maintenance and Support of an application or set of applications using the appropriate business measurements and terms and conditions for the project according to project charter or contract.
• This specialty has overall performance responsibility for managing scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables.
• This specialty manages project plan, budget, structure, schedule and staffing requirements, including IBM and Client employees and 3rd party vendors.
• This specialty requires experience with PM methodologies.
• They are responsible for managing all project resources, including subcontractors, and for establishing an effective communication plan with the project team and the Client. They provide day to day direction to the project team and regular project status to the Client.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Execution / Delivering Lead + Co-share and hands on with the team in the execution of KTLO tasks
• Demonstrates ability to hand on and resolve with the team Execute and Complete Activities along side the Team Coordinate activities
• Supervise employees Involved in day to day project implementation / operations
• Ensure tasks are completed Share the workload with the working team and resolve / complete assigned task as a team and group

• Demonstrated client interaction and excellent communication skills; both (written and verbal).
• Amenable to work on a client dictated schedule (Day, Mid and Night) and Location.
