About Trust & Safety
Building a world where people can safely discover, create and connect. The Trust & Safety (T&S) team at TikTok helps ensure that our global online community is safe and empowered to create and enjoy content across all of our applications. We have invested heavily in human and machine-based moderation to remove harmful content quickly and often before it reaches our general community.

What will I do?
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end development and training of an AI model and driving operational efficiency and quality. In ensuring the goals of the project are achieved, you need to continuously optimize project processes and improve the efficiency of project implementation through analysis of business conditions and regularly communicate with cross-functional and regional teams.

It is possible that this role will be exposed to harmful content as part of the core role/as part of project/ in response to escalation requests/by chance.
This may occur in the form of images, video, and text related to every-day life, but it can also include (but is not limited to) bullying; hate speech; child safety; depictions of harm to self and others, and harm to animals.

Responsibilities
1. Own and manage the end-to-end operations of labeling projects, from request evaluation, project planning to human resources, quality, progress, and risk management;
2. Monitor and analyze project progress to uphold and improve efficiency and quality performance to ensure successful delivery;
3. Optimize project processes and improve overall efficiency through comprehensive analysis of project data and business scenarios;
4. Collaborate with diverse global cross-functional teams to coordinate resources, evaluate and implement project plans, and drive project progress to satisfy business requirements;
5. Work with team members to enhance operational efficiency and strategies across projects within the team.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above; recent fresh graduates are warm welcome;
- Excellent proficiency in both written and spoken English & Mandarin to work with external mandarin speaking stakeholders and exceptional communication & collaboration skills;
- Proven end-to-end project management experience and basic data analysis skills with a strong understanding of methodologies, tools, and quality management;
- Your ability to work in a high tempo environment, adapt, respond to day-to-day challenges of the role;
- Your resilience and commitment to self-care to manage the emotional demands of the role.

Preferred Qualifications
- Strong ownership, great time management, capable of coordinating resources and solving problems under stress;
- Fast learner; high motivation and passion for AI trends, trust and safety, and social media platforms; demonstrating initiative and proactivity;
- Experience in collaborating with regional/global cross-functional stakeholders and within the Social Media, Internet, and Tech industries is preferred.
