Job Description :

News Corp, a global media and information services company, is looking for a Project Manager & Business Analyst to join our exceptional Enterprise Solutions organization!

This individual will be an integral member of the Enterprise Solutions team who has experience with in depth planning, analysis, and strong presentation & data analysis skills. The PM/BA will be responsible with planning and organizing activities, as well as all analysis and requirements gathering, for the Enterprise Solutions team to coordinate with technical managers and team members. Additionally, the PM/BA is required to translate business requirements through analysis and design into functional solutions, in addition to other assigned duties and tasks.

This individual will be working within the existing project management team ensuring the successful delivery of components of the global HR technology platform. The team includes HR System resources, Delivery Partner resources, internal employees and consultants.

Job Responsibilities

• Partners with key stakeholders to understand the various work streams and data sources
• Work with team members to develop project plan(s) incorporating both technical, functional, operational, and business tasks along with detailed cutover activities
• Manage project risk and successfully removes barriers or escalates risks/issues to leadership to be addressed as needed
• Acts as a point of escalation for issues, proactively bringing about appropriate interventions when timelines may be jeopardized
• Gather and synthesize data in various forms analysis and readouts
• Provide status reporting to project leadership and key stakeholders involved in coordination of activities
• The ability to be data-driven, able to analyze data with attention to detail while monitoring relevant project data and progress
• Coordinates cutover and go-live activities
• Communicate to senior leaders including status, progress, issues, etc.
• Help the leadership team communicate solution value to key stakeholders
• Work cross-functionally to guide business processes, products, services and software through data analysis

Required & Preferred Qualifications

• Prior Workday and or ServiceNow HRSD implementation experiences for large global, multinational organization a plus
• Knowledge of HCM other than Workday is a plus (e.g. Ultipro)
• Ability communicate and work collaboratively within a team and have strong influencing skills
• Ability to define and execute multiple detailed activity plans simultaneously
• Ability to conduct and facilitate workshops with business representatives, management and executive, team member resources, and external third party groups
• Skilled in customer facing activities covering requirements gathering, data preparation, cutover support, timeline management, and documentation preparation
• Relevant certifications is desirable
