Title: Freelance Project Manager, Creative 

Location: Fully Remote 

Job Purpose: LTK is looking for a freelance Project Manager, Creative to join our team for a 6 month contract. This role will be pivotal in ensuring the seamless execution of projects and work streams for the Creative Team and its stakeholder partners. The ideal candidate will be an expert in project management tools (specifically Asana), have a meticulous eye, ability to seamlessly juggle multiple projects across multiple teams, and have in-depth knowledge of developing cross-functional processes. The Project Manager will sit on the Creative Team (made up of designers, copywriters, engineer), but will also support adjacent teams such as marketing, social, and other key stakeholders. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Responsible for developing, tracking, managing project timelines from concept to completion in project management tools (Asana) across both Creative Team & cross functional teams
  • Effectively communicate & collaborate with stakeholders and project leads daily— proactively remove roadblocks, provide updates, lead project status meetings, and track progress every step of the way
  • Forecast and report on team capacity, conflicting schedules, or any other resourcing challenges across a team of graphic designers, copywriters, and engineer 
  • Evaluate, recommend and evolve workflows and processes for maximum efficiency for our fast-paced environment
  • Ensure all milestones and deliverables are met on schedule, keeping teams organized and on track 
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence within the creative and marketing production process
  • Lead and coordinate training sessions on project management software, with the goal of having all team members being autonomous in Asana 


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years’ experience in project management
  • Expert knowledge of Asana & Asana automations
  • Experience working cross functionally with different teams and stakeholders 
  • Excel in organization with a keen eye for detail 
  • A can-do attitude with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are an absolute must
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and agile environment
  • Proactive in anticipating problems, and providing solutions
  • Knowledge of production processes for creative deliverables such as email campaigns, sales decks, landing pages, event collateral, social graphics
