Job Description

Description
What is Group Communications?

Mito has grown from 3 guys, averaging an age of 27, to four business units with over 200 people dreaming up the most clever things our clients have ever seen (unless they’ve seen the Large Hadron Collider), from clever campaigns to state-of-the-art digital solutions.

A fifth team, Mito Group is responsible for how Mito is perceived both internally and externally: branding, platforms, case studies, articles, Instagram posts, what have you. We work together with all business units, plan together, create together, evaluate together. We’re the ones making sure that the proverbial cobbler’s proverbial son has shoes on. And we need your help in doing so.

Requirements
Your tasks will be…
  • Helping Mito Group create, seed and evaluate content.
  • Managing projects related to Mito’s internal and external communication.
  • Making sure everyone knows their task and are never surprised by a deadline, though they will pretend that they are.
  • Involving and briefing all experts with the help of the comms team.
  • Ensuring delivery is on time, in line with our standards, and serving our goals.
  • Taking part in operating our own comms channels (No worries if you accidentally post personal stuff on a company channel. Our followers are going to love it!)
  • Developing presentations, reports, and other written materials for both internal and external use.

You are the one if you…

  • Have at least 2 years of experience in project management.
  • Are not scared when you have to understand and control multiple threads (meaning: you’re going to manage complex projects).
  • Are capable of holding together a plethora of projects (meaning: there are a lot of projects running simultaneously).
  • Organizing stuff is your thing.
  • You have good communication skills.
  • You’re confident in using various sheets, interfaces and software to keep everything streamlined, as opposed to staring at 50.000 unread messages in your inbox. Don’t worry, we have pretty much figured this out already.

Bonus points…

  • If you have knowledge of digital marketing.
  • If you have worked on communication campaigns.
  • If you have experience with B2B communication.
  • If you love 🤹☕🤘 and are ✨
Benefits
What makes working at Mito unique:

Plenty of challenges. And endless resources to meet them.

  • All four of our business units work on impactful projects throughout the world. Your efforts can and will make a difference in people’s lives, whether they’re booking a plane ticket or want to be delighted by a funny commercial on TV.
  • World-class work requires world-class working conditions. Like a beautiful office in downtown Budapest, MacBooks (if you prefer so), coffee (if you prefer so), fruit (who doesn’t like that), beer, whatever.
  • Hybrid working environment, so you can work from home when you need to, though to keep everything and everyone on track, we do like to meet in person and spend some days at the office.
  • Our Level Up system will reward your professional progress with extra days off every year.

A community

  • Mito has always been a place where the only thing we take seriously is work, so you’ll be able to have fun and meet great people like yourself.
  • From Hackathons to office parties and Easter egg hunting for the kids, we love to spend time together either to get to know each other better or just to...you know. No reason.
  • Dogs are super welcome at the office, and have been ever since Mito’s inception.

The freedom to shape your benefits

  • Whether you’re into individual or team sports, looking for a new set of running shoes, or a gym pass, you can use your flexible personal budget to cover it. You may also use it to improve any of your talents, whether it's studying German, JavaScript, or how to fix a gas leak. We’ll chip in to take care of your medical expenses, if needed. Additionally, personal budgets can also cover commuting (fancy bike helmet included).
