Job Description
Broadridge is hiring a Project Manager to join our Professional Services team in North America. In this role you will plan, organize, secure and manage resources and tasks in the process of achieving specific client centric implementation goals. The major focus of this role is to lead the implementation of Broadridge's Buyside Front Office Technology Software.
Critical to your success is:
- The ability to communicate and navigate conversations across different levels both internal and external to Broadridge
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills,
- The ability to manage through roadblocks and achieve outcomes that benefit both client and Broadridge
- Drive adherence to timelines and key milestones
- Manage systematically via metrics/dashboards and tools in order to deliver projects on time and synthesize the state of deliverables and overall program to senior stakeholder
Here's what you'll do:
- Manage assigned projects and their associated tasks concurrently
- Adherence to the our Project Management / Implementation Methodology as defined by the Project Management Office (PMO)
- Drive key milestones (Software Acceptance, Scenario Modeling, Training, etc.)
- Act as the primary contact and coordinator for meetings, deliverables, etc.
- Provide clear and concise project tracking and reporting. This includes but is not limited to weekly status reporting, action item tracking, regular project plan maintenance, metrics reporting, budget reporting, steering committee meetings, etc.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of when escalation is necessary and when it is not.
Competencies and Qualities needed include:
- Demonstrated knowledge of the financial services billing industry
- Ability to exercise independent judgment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, including executives, managers, and day to day operations resources (external to Broadridge).
- User experience with Microsoft Project (preferred) or similar project tracking software
- Ability to understand contracts, consulting services billing and milestone revenue recognition
- Strong analytical and product skills, including a deep understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
- Self-Sufficient and driven with an inherent aptitude for owning project related tasks from start to finish.
- Experience in relationship development and recognizing/leveraging cross-selling opportunities
- Certified Prince2 or PMP preferred
- Ability to Travel
- Outstanding conflict resolution
- Polished and Professional Presence, with exceptional presentation skills

Salary range is $125K - $150K Annually
Bonus Eligible
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
