Project Manager, Operations Projects

The Operations Project Manager manages projects which span Sales, Operations, Business Development and Supply Chain to bring new products to market, improve existing business and support business development.

How You Will Make Contributions That Matter

• Manage projects which include detailed steps, milestones, and timelines for projects and which span operations and other cross-functional teams.
• Plan activities/tasks, scheduling and milestones that will deliver the desired project result.
• Oversees day-to-day work and monitoring of progress towards goals within budget.
• Influence consensus to gain buy-in among stakeholders across the organization.
• Escalates and works to resolve roadblocks which place project objectives at risk.
• Manage communications and progress by engaging and advising stakeholders on execution.
• Facilitate project meetings and regularly communicate the status of projects and action items to stakeholders within and beyond the project team.
• Maintain and update project trackers for team visibility and project execution.

You Are Best Suited for The Role If You

• 2-4 years of project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, related field, or equivalent work experience.
• The ability and inclination to influence others without authority.
• Experience with project management and change management methodologies.
• Meticulous, clear and concise communication skills.
