How you will make contributions that matter...

• Manage assigned projects and initiatives by assisting with project planning and organization, data analysis and project reporting.
• Help define project requirements, scope and objectives for assigned projects to help achieve the intended business result.
• Update project trackers, project documentation and reporting to ensure visibility to project status and targets.
• Compile data to help inform business decisions, oftentimes directly influencing or providing input to strategic project plans and business decision making.
• Monitor and regularly communicate project status updates both via written communication and by facilitating meetings with the project teams, stakeholders, senior leadership and external partners, as needed.
• Escalate and work to resolve roadblocks that put project objectives at risk.
• Help identify opportunities for improvement and standardization of project documentation and processes.

You are best suited for the role if you…

• 2-4 years of experience supporting business functions And project management.
• Hold a bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Supply Chain, Engineering, related field, or equivalent experience.
• Have meticulous, clear and concise communication skills.
• Are a strategic thinker and enjoy analytical work
• Have excellent organization skills
• Enjoy working collaboratively but able to identify and complete tasks independently without a high degree of oversight.
• Are proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.

Salary Range: $85,370 to $112,050

Salary offers will vary commensurate with experience, educations, skills and training
