Pulmonary/Critical Care- ICU and CVICU Specialist in Gorgeous Albuquerque

Lovelace Medical Group- Pulmonology is seeking a skilled BE/BC Pulmonary/Critical Care physician for a growth opportunity joining its employed practice in gorgeous Albuquerque, New Mexico. The physician will enjoy working with a collegial, experienced team in the outpatient and inpatient settings, including the MICU and CVICU.

Requirements:

• Experience with ECMO, Impella and other mechanical circulatory support and med/surg critical care.
• Stroke, BLS and ACLS Certifications

Open to new graduates.

About the Position: 

• Team of 5 physicians, 2 Clinic NPs, 10 inpatient APPs, and an extensive support staff
• Enjoy working in the inpatient and outpatient settings
• Schedule inclusive of 8 ICU shifts/ mo and Inpatient/Outpatient Pulmonary
• Serving 263-bed (20 ICU beds) Lovelace Medical Center and (14 ICU beds) the esteemed Heart Hospital of New Mexico at Lovelace Medical Center
• Closed ICU
• Four days of hospital call/month- w/ Excess call pay
• Procedures include bronchoscopy, central venous access, arterial catheter placement and thoracentesis 
• EBUS and Ion Robotic-assisted bronchoscopy also available
• APP Support in ICUs and in the Clinic
• Clinic is conveniently located on the hospital campus- with 12 exam rooms & 3 PFT rooms
• Onsite testing includes CPET, Methacholine Challenge, 6MW, Titration Walks, etc.
• Epic EMR
