Pulmonologist/Critical Care Opportunity with UofL Health - South Hospital

University of Louisville Physicians (ULP) is seeking Pulmonologists for UofL Health - South Hospital. South Hospital opened in March 2024 made a transformation from medical center to full-service hospital and brings with it more primary care and specialty care providers, enhanced emergency
capabilities, increased surgical and outpatient services and an intensive care unit to the facility.

Physicians will be performing procedures that include but are not limited to:

• Insertion/management of chest tube
• Insertion/ management of central venous catheters
• Bronchoscopy w/wo biopsy
• Paracentesis, thoracentesis
• Mechanical ventilation management, chronic and acute
• Percutaneous tracheostomy
• Tracheal intubations
• Moderate Sedation/Analgesia

Travel between UofL Health facilities within the Louisville metro area may be required.
