Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of functionalities as outlined in design documents
• Manage sections of ongoing projects, oversee individual teams, and ensure adherence to deadlines
• Coordinate, plan, and track tasks and activities effectively
• Identify, escalate, and resolve technical issues and problems
• Ensure all designs comply with specifications and customer requirements
• Enable the Scrum team to meet stakeholder demands and deliver a versioned platform
• Utilize skills in Agile team organization, database management, and coding, while maintaining communication with stakeholders and partners

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in software development using Python 2.x and 3.x
• Proficient with Python web frameworks like Flask or Django
• At least 2 years of experience working as a technical leader
• Solid background in object-oriented programming, design patterns, and SOLID principles
• Experience with REST API development, integration, and relational databases (SQL, SQL Server); familiarity with non-relational databases is desirable
• Cloud experience with AWS; GCP is a plus
• Experience in an Agile development environment
• Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes is advantageous
• Proficient in unit testing and E2E testing
• Fluent in English
