QA Manager

As a QA Manager at DAZN, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading the quality assurance efforts for our cutting-edge sports streaming platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products that meet or exceed customer expectations. Your expertise will contribute to enhancing the user experience for millions of sports fans worldwide.

Responsibilities :

• Lead a team of QA engineers in planning, executing, and managing the testing process across various projects and releases.
• Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases that align with project requirements and goals.
• Collaborate with software development, product management, and other stakeholders to define testing requirements and ensure clear communication of expectations.
• Monitor and analyze testing metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvements.
• Identify and prioritize test scenarios for automation and guide the automation efforts of the team.
• Review and provide feedback on technical documentation, user stories, and other project-related materials to ensure clarity and testability.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and QA trends, and apply this knowledge to improve testing methodologies.
• Provide mentorship and professional development for QA team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with 4 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Proven experience leading and managing QA teams in an agile development environment.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Familiarity with sports streaming or media entertainment industry a plus.
