Job Description:
The Quality Analyst will provide quality assurance support to the operations team, resolving bugs, defects, and other potential issues and ensuring that products meet customer specifications. Provides Quality Management Systems support for assembly, machine shop, engineering, quality and other assigned areas solving problems related to on time delivery, customer concerns and first-time quality failures through observation, lean tools and data analysis. Also provides support by validating routing changes are accurate and completed in a timely manner.
Job and Responsibilities:

  • Adherence to all company policies such as attendance.
  • Follow all safety protocol such as wearing proper PPE (Reflective Vest, Steel Toe Shoes or Boots, Approved Respirators, Protective Gloves and Safety Glasses).
  • This position will likely be a ISO and/or IATF Process Owner and is responsible for contributions that help maintain the EVBS quality management systems.
  • The role ensures that all processes align with the respective standards, driving continuous improvement and compliance.
  • The process owner will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that quality objectives are met, customer requirements are fulfilled, and risks are managed effectively.
  • Serves as the subject matter expert for ISO and IATF processes within the facility, as assigned.
  • Facilitate Corrective Actions, Ensure New Processes/protypes adhere to all quality standards.
  • Perform calibration on measuring devices and facilitate correction, support internal audits as audit team members.
  • Developing and maintaining company inspection reports.
  • Inspecting goods or products according to quality and safety standards.
  • Ensuring test equipment is calibrated and working correctly.
  • Reporting quality anomalies to the supervisor.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.


Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Strong communication and interaction skills required.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Extensive knowledge of or the ability to quickly learn the organization's production processes.
  • Attention to Detail.
  • Excellent teamwork, collaboration, problem solving, and customer service skills.
  • Visibly demonstrate safety commitment by following all safety and health procedures and modeling the behaviors related to such.
  • Ability to pass and maintain a clear background and negative drug test.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 2 years' experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and up to 2 years' experience; or 14 years' experience in a related field.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Requires computer proficiency.
  • Excellent communication skills to work effectively with teams throughout organization.
  • All employees will be required to have and wear steel toe or composite work boots every day starting on their first day.
  • PPE such as vests, shirts, gloves and basic safety glasses will be provided and must be worn at all times.
  • Two years of related experience in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred.
  • Quality experience a plus.


Working Environment:
Variable, consisting of both the office environment and the manufacturing floor. Potential hazards include proximity of moving machinery. The position may require an individual to stand, stoop, move equipment; bend, reach, or lift for prolonged periods of time. PPE includes safety glasses, hearing protection and protective footwear.

USD 70,700.00 - 106,100.00 per year
Compensation:
Compensation includes a base salary of $70,700.00 - $106,100.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.
