The job purpose
The Rate Maintenance Specialist performs the entering data from the contracts provided by our clients to the database system meeting high standards for timeliness and accuracy.

What You Will Do

• Manage freight rates, conducting comprehensive analysis of all associated cost charges.
• Develop and update contracts based on standard or client-specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Ensure thorough analysis and setup of the designated scope of rate agreements in the FRED system, aligning with established KPIs and deadlines.
• Approve agreements in accordance with standard or client-specific KPIs.
• Promptly escalate to the Rate Maintanance Team Lead if the final product of the Rate Maintanance team cannot be delivered within the established timeframe.
• Ensure the timely update of business processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) documentation, particularly those related to Rate Maintanance Team, in accordance with business requirements.
• Foster close cooperation with other departments to address queries related to entered agreements.

Requirements

• Bachelor in Auditing/ Logistics / International Economic relations/ Banking and Finance;
• Basic Logistics Knowledge;
• Previous experience in Freight Audit or in Logistics Company;
• Upper-intermediate level of written (and spoken) English, preferably also other modern business languages;
• JIRA knowledge would be a plus;
• MS Office proficiency (Excel knowledge is on high priority);
