Summary
This announcement will be used to fill vacancies at multiple aquatics facilities on Fort Liberty, NC.

Requirements
Conditions of Employment
- Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.
- Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
- A one year probationary period may be required.
- Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
- Subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3, para.2.
- Incumbent may also required to complete a Tier 1 background investigation for a Common Access Card for physical access to federally-controlled facilities.
- In addition, the incumbent may be subject to additional background checks if required to have regular and recurring contact with children.
- Ability to work an irregular schedule which may include nights, weekends, holidays, and split shifts.
Qualifications
1. Work experience related to the duties described above
and
2. Possession of the following certificates:
- Water Safety Instructor Certification
- Cardio-pulmonary resuscitation (CPR)
- First Aid Certification
Highly Preferred Qualifications:
1. Possession of a Lifeguard certification

Applicants meeting the highly preferred criteria will be considered the best qualified and will be referred to the selecting official first. Remaining applicants will be referred for consideration if the certificate (referral list) is returned with no selection.
