What You'll Do:

Traeger is seeking a motivated Recruiter to join our People & Culture team. As Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring talented individuals to meet our staffing needs. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and ensure a seamless recruitment process.

How You'll Help Us Win:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and develop recruitment strategies
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
• Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills, qualifications and fit
• Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate hiring decisions
• Offer management
• Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• 1-3 years of proven experience as a corporate recruiter
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Self-starter who can thrive in a rapidly changing environment
• Experience with Greenhouse ATS a plus
