Recruiter - Entry Level

The National office of PEAK Technical Staffing is looking to hire several professional individuals with a competitive spirit, drive & team mentality to enter our internal Recruiter Training Program.

This is an opportunity to be trained and grow within our organization, focusing on technical recruiting for a variety of industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact individuals to discuss their situation and determine if they are a fit for active job openings.
• Continuously develop a network of individuals to which you can promote potential job opportunities.
• Maintain relationships with current employees to provide customer service and gain industry knowledge.
