Innova Solutions is immediately hiring a Sr IT Recruiter.

Position type: Full-Time, Contract

Location: Chicago, IL 60603

Duration: 12 months with possible extension

As a Sr IT Recruiter, you will:

Responsible for high volume full life cycle recruiting for assigned clients. Based on business needs, source candidates and develop diverse slates of candidates. Interview candidates to determine knowledge, skills, and abilities compared to job scope and requirements. Evaluate candidate fit to company needs and make recommendation to hiring managers based on these interviews. Manage candidate experience including positioning the opportunity & company, administer technical exercises, phone screens, coordinate interview schedules, administer pre-employment assessments, summarize feedback, make hiring recommendations, and manage the offer process. Manage position vacancies using an applicant tracking system (ATS): posting vacancies, searching the database, reviewing resumes, forwarding resumes, and maintaining candidate activity. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business related field or Human Resources discipline, 5-7 years of experience in high volume full life cycle recruiting, preferably in a corporate environment. Prefer industry experience.

Requirements :

• IT Recruiter: yrs exp 6 yrs + (HR 4-7 yrs direct recruiting exp)
• IT: Wide open to support IT (i.e., has recruited Application Architects, Software Developers. Software Engineers, Scrub Masters, IT PM's, etc)
• Have 4-7 yrs knowledge of ATS (applicant tracking systems), Taleo is a plus and others.
• Education, BA minimum, if not 9+ yrs exp

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: $35-$38 per hour.

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
