As a Recruiting Operations Specialist, you’ll get to:

• Streamline hiring processes by designing and implementing efficient workflows and recruiting tools.
• Generate, review, and manage accurate offer letters, ensuring compliance and timely delivery.
• Create detailed reports on recruiting metrics to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and stakeholders to align on hiring objectives and timelines.
• Enhance the candidate experience through efficient communication, feedback loops, and seamless processes.
• Evaluate and adopt tools and systems to optimize the recruiting process.
• Maintain detailed documentation of recruiting processes, candidate data, and hiring activities.

Candidate Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in recruiting operations or HR roles, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS tools, and advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in generating and interpreting recruiting metrics.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with high attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
